I have never had the opportunity to see the great Bernie in person but have seen almost all his work. I am sure he will have heaven bursting their sides with laughter as he did to us on earth. Gone but will never be forgotten, R.I.P.

I will never forget driving through hyde pk.(in chicago) and seeing bernie coming out of a resturant called tre's. I said to my mother don't that look just like bernie mac. she was like girl that aint no bernie mac. so i called out his name i said bernie mac he turned around so fast. he said please don't say that to loud. he gave us his autograph . i have never met astar so down to earth. he will be greatly missed. to the family i will keep you in my prayers.

While on earth u were a hero,husband,dad,son,grandfather,friend,and the best comedian. Your presence here on earth enriched many peoples life. You were and will be forever in our thoughts and hearts. I guess god needed u so keep them laughing to we all see u again. To his family in losing Bernie u gained an angel he will always be there to watch over u God bless u all.

No he was not truly Part of my family but turning on his show and watching it with my family was one of the geatest family past times now we watch in sindication and still bust a gut. My six year old son loves Bernie Mac his passing was my sons first exposure to death. as he gets older he may still remember B-Mac and repeat the phrase that echoes through our home "WHO YA WIT!!!"....Love Ya Bernie. I and my family will truly miss Bernie Mac we watch all his shows and the reruns he helped my family laugh through some hard times when we was having a bad day or a rough time we could always put in a tape of Bernie and things didn/t seem so bad we could laugh for a little while I know he will be missed

I feel so blessed to have known him early in my life. Beanie introduced me to comedy. As a child my parents did not let me listen to Redd Foxx, Richard Pryor or Moms Mabley. God allowed me to meet a king of comedy long before Steve Harvey, DL Hugley or Cedric the Entertainer. Beanie has and will always be a KING of Comedy. Beanie worked so hard to fulfill his dreams. God allowed him to share his talents with the world. I am so proud of all his accomplishments. He has touched and changed so many people’s lives. I remember so many routines at the McCullough household that will keep me laughing for years to come. Rest in peace Beanie "Bernie Mac".

Man I can still recite the jokes from The Original Kings of Comedy. I heard the news that my FAVORITE comedian of all times had passed and it truely felt like a family member died. I never missed a Bernie Mac Show. I sometimes suffer from deppression and I would get great laughter and joy from the Bernie Mac show. Sometimes I would have to set my reminder but most times I just remembered to tune in. You were so naturally funny and I admired and repsected your realness. You are loved by many and missed by most. Please rest in God's peace.

I once met Bernie Mac downtown when he either owned the club or was taping his show Mac at Midnight. He came around and asked how we were doing, being a true chicagoan I told him we would be better if we had some seats. And sure enough, what did the Mac Man do... gave us one of the reserved tables in the front. R.I.P. Bernie Mac, I will love you always for being a strong, confident, god fearing, family loving, tell it like it is, yet admirable, respectable and always the King of Comedy. I remember the first time I saw Bernie Mac, I laughed so hard. I have all of his movies except The Kings of Comedy. That will be a classic. When I heard that he had passed, it felt like I lost a family member. I Know how his daughter feels, and I understand how his wife feels. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. Bernie Mac, The first time I saw his show on the U-channel I laugh all through the show, Bernie made my day. I wouldn't go to sleep at night until I saw the Bermie Mac Show, and you know what, I would wake up laughing in the middle of the night at an episode . When I heard that he had left us.
