My memory of him will be of him playing the clown with the family at our wedding. A sad loss for all friends and family. Malcolm

Lovely, gentle Boomi. Last meeting was in the Salvos at Chatswood, where we were discussing a Japanese Norataki tea set he was considering buying. I hope he bought it. Will miss you in the obscure places we used to meet, until we meet again.

god i fell in love with boomi the first time i met him through greggie. (he was making a hot pink whole body suit with ridiculously cartoonish bits attached!)... i didn't see him alot over the decade or so that i knew him, but he was always in my consciousness and his visits up the north coast in the truck, camping with the scrags, visiting east bally heights, or running into him on the dancefloor were always shining moments for me... i remember him picking me up off the ground and spinning me around at my 40th birthday party and i felt on top of the world! he was beautiful, i never saw him without a smile. love you and miss you boomi xxxxx Virginia xxxxx

Didn't see you nearly enough, Boomi, but every time I did - your laugh made me laugh . . . and I would still be smiling for days afterwards. Kisses, hugs and much love to your family, xxxx Cass.

Brendan was such a lovely vibrant guy who always brings a smile to my face when I think of his big grin and crazy personality. He will be missed but not forgotten. Brett

We remember he cycled in to the yard in Camp one dark rainy night on a surprise visit to "the old home" wearing shorts and a rain jacket, frightened the life out of us , his huge laughing face, knocking at the door. So sorry to hear of his passing. Timmy and Breda in Camp

Lots of shenanigans shared across 20 years. For me, one of the most beautiful traits of Brendan was his enduring radiance and his ability to make you feel like the most important person in the universe. He will live with me forever. So vivd. So brave. XXXXX amanda

A great fella, who defied any convention and was truly unique. I would only see him at family bashs every couple of years, but I will never forget his whooping laughter, crazy cooking oil landrover (wedding car at my brothers wedding) , his genuine interest in your well being and absolute devotion to his friends, particularly when there was trouble. I know my family will always miss him, but never forget him.

We met Brendan only a few times on his trips to Ireland of which we have very fond memories. Our hearts are very sad today. Thinking of all of you.
