I worked in the burns unit with Solly from 1986 until 1993 at RCH. I will always remember a kind loving caring gentlemen who the staff, parents and children adored. A great humanitarian and brilliant surgeon. I'll never forget his story about the penguin tears that they used as glue to keep the skin grafts in place. He had me going for a minute there. I am sure I was not the only nurse who had heard that one ! Shane Campbell R. N.
