I loved his TV shows.
Johnny, I've missed you since the day you left the Tonight Show. I doubt there's anyone in this country over tha age of 20 who doesn't remember how great your show was. What a wonderful legacy you've left us! You set an excellent example to others in show business--you don't have to be vulgar to be funny and entertaining. Thank you for 30 wonderful years of laughs and entertainment. And I'm glad you got to have a private life after you left the show. You deserved it after all you gave us. 17 years agoI have stayed up many nights just to see what you had in store for us. Your timing and wit was unsurpassed. You have made me laugh when I really didn't want to. Your love for people and animals touched my heart. I miss you so very much. If you only knew how many lives you touched, you would be amazed at what you accomplished, this little boy from Nebraska, who never really forgot who he really was.
