KEYSER, W.Va. ‹ David Douglas Mussen, 18,died Wednesday, April 26, 2000, at his residence. Born on Aug. 5, 1981, at Cumberland, Md., he was a son of the late Douglas Elbert and Robin Amy (Hamil) Mussen, both of whom died on the same day. David was a 1999 graduate of Keyser High School. During his high school career, he was active in the Keyser High School marching band, jazz band, drama program and the tennis team. He was the founder of the local youth band, "The Distorted Penguins," and was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church, where he participated in the youth choirs and activities.
