Iam from the Middle east, Oman, I met Michael in 2005 at the hotel where he stayed for almost a month, it was a day i will never forget, i had a chance to shake hands and speak to him, met his children, his body guard Kerry Anderson and their nanny Gracie.i remember everything about him, he was and always will be a great person, i dont care what people say about him, i dont believe or read that trash, what i know is that he is a legend, an icon, an Angel, the best entertainer of all times, the best songs ever, but i also know him as Michael Jackson the kind, sweet human being that he was. He will live in my heart forever, i still cry for him and not a day goes by that i dont think about him and just wish that this was just a mistake and that he is still alive. I feel a sharp pain when i remember that he is not here any more, he made a difference in so many lives, his songs have so much meaning and carry such stong messeges, (Heal the world, Man in the Mirroe). i will carry those messeges for ever and pass on to my kids. You are not going to believe me because I'm from Venezuela and I'm still crying for him. I'm 31 but I can say that "Thriller, Billy Jean an his duets with Paul M'Cartney" were part of my early childhood, and listening and singing to his songs knowing that his gone it's really hard. I can't also forget "We are the world" his image with his sequent glove matching his socks was something unique", and I think that image is going to be in my mind forever . I was 10 years old when I saw his presentation of the single "The way you making me feel" in the grammy awards, and that was for me something astonishing, I wanted to dance and sing like him having that synchrony of dancing without getting out of tune. I still try to dance like him, but my movemetns are so latin, but I know that I can work on it. He's going to be an idol forever, I also think he was an angel, he was always after humanitary causes. Than the "KING OF POP" or "THE GREATEST ENTERTIANER THAT EVER LIVED" He was an exceptional human being. i have been on this site since march and i just found it by accident i think when i wanted to say something about Jade Goody and Natasha Richardson people i didn't particularly know or love but there passing touched me even in a small way. Michael though is a different story...such a kind, gentle spirited man, very childlike not childish in the slightest and in many ways very innocent. innocent to how selfish others can be because he himself was not like that so he assumed everybody was like that. Truly unique in so many ways i think God decided it was time he went back home. Like that song "Abraham, Martin and John" the good the always die young. I hope everyone takes comfort in knowing that the body is the only thing that is gone but the spirit never dies...EVER, that's why i used the term "passing" instead of death as death implies it is gone forever i don't believe that. And for those who aren't particularly spiritual then how about Einsteins theory that Energy (and we are all energy's) can never be destroyed. i'll give you something to think about :) But who are thoughts and prayers should go to know are michael's close family and friends particularly those closest to him like his beautiful children and his mother. my heart goes out to katherine but so does my respect as no mother should ever have to bury her child and yet Katherine has handled this whole thing with Grace, beauty and dignity.
