Mona and her sister Una (also deceased) lived in the family home at Osgood Street, Guilford until she moved to Berala Hursing Home. Mona was a great worker spending her life at a sewing machine making beautiful curtains. Mona had the kindess heart, she worked miles to feed a dog in a yard, going without food herself to feed neighbourhood stray cats. Mona, Una and cousin, Barney Flood were great mates and enjoyed many practical jokes together,now they all rest in peace.
