My Peggy. When I was little I remember Peggy getting a kitten and naming her Emma. Soon after, our family got our very own kitten and thought it was only just to name her Peggy! I also remember that whenever I visted Peggy I would race to her knitting basket and dig around and beg to be taught how to knit. I started countless scarfs on my visits but never finished one! She was ever patient and taught me time and again how to knit. As those who knew her, know that Peggy was a wonderful pianist, and I believe that her talent for playing the piano sparked a creative flare and musical appreciation in me and other family members. These loving memories of Peggy will be with me always. Emma Choy

My dear beloved mother-in-law Peggy was always there to care for my wife Helen and my three children when we lived in Singapore or in Melbourne. Peggy was a wonderful cook especially her roast turkey stuffed with pineapple and nuts. We will always remember you. Frank Choy
