i did not know Rhys, and i am not even from liverpool, but i saw it on the news and here in the north east there are thousands of people thinking of you Rhys, you were so young, with so much life ahead of you! we are hoping and praying that your killer is found and that they serve the time they deserve! our thoughts are with the friends and family of Rhys!!
